Thank you for participating in the final National PD Day Toolkit for the academic year 2023/24 developed by Lead Teachers. We value your feedback on your experience with the content and kindly request that you complete the survey below. Your completion of this survey will make you eligible for a certificate of participation from the Jamaica Teaching Council.

The survey consists of 11 questions divided into two sections. Section 1 entails a self-assessment based on the tips presented, while Section 2 focuses on providing feedback on the toolkit content.  

There are no right or wrong answers; we simply ask for your honest responses which are not scored. Completing this survey should take you no more than 5 minutes of your time. We are eager to review your responses and utilize the information to enhance our toolkits, as well as to strategize activities that will promote your development.
